We are half way through winter out here in Wounded Knee, SD and spring is quickly approaching! We have added a few ideas to the project and are in the planning stages of adding a full homestead rather than just a house. Subjects for courses now include, Bee Keeping, Water Catchment and Storage, Food Forest; Plan, Prepare and Plant and Composting With Worms. I am also searching for a Fiscal Sponsor to handle any funds we raise for the project. The next few months will be focused on planning each of the courses as well as a major fundraising effort to cover materials and other costs associated with running multiple courses in permaculture design and implementation.
